All payments made on the templestones.com website are encrypted using secure technology and your card details are not retained or visible to Templestones employees.

Templestones accepts credit cards and Paypal.
Is my personal info private?
All info you share with me is private and confidential. At no point will I share without your consent. I may use the info you provide to advise you of new jewellery, etc via email. If you’d prefer not to receive, please click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email you receive.
Working days
Templestones dispatchs orders from Monday to Friday. If you place an order in the weekend or on a public holiday your order will be dispatched on the next working day.
Shipping
All orders are shipped FREE, both domestic and international. NZ Orders are sent via standard New Zealand Post.  NZ Post has a delivery target of up to 3 working days. Australian and International Orders are sent via Australian Post. Australian post allows 2-6 business days for delivery within Australian and up to 10 for International Orders. If you would prefer your package to be prioritised or couriered just contact me. I’m happy to arrange but you will need to pay for.
Errors and Omissions
In the case of errors or omissions on the website Templestones reserve the right to refund your order prior to the goods being despatched. Templestones reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases but customers will be notified and reimbursed for the full cost of the order. Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of Templestones products are correct. The colours shown on the website are a close representation, but slight variations in the actual product colours may occur due to different screen resolutions and browsers.

You will receive an email to confirm successful payment. If you have a problem processing your payment online or are not certain if your payment was successful please email templestones@hotmail.com
Prices
Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars. Templestones isn’t responsible for any local import duties.
Out of Stock Product and Pre-Orders
It is not possible to place an order for an out of stock product or pre-order new lines. You can however express your interest in an item that is not available by using the inform me button on the product page. You will then receive an email as soon as the item becomes available in your chosen size and colour.
Amending or Cancelling an Order
Please note that once an order has been processed Templestones are unable to cancel or amend it. If you would like to amend your order, please email info@templestones.co.nz.
Templestones Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 14 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging. Faulty items will either be replaced or refunded following evaluation. Returns are only accepted online for items purchased directly from templestones.co.nz.
Exchanges
If you are unhappy with the fit or colour of your product please feel free to return it for an exchange within 14 days of ordering. In order to serve you efficiently I don’t offer merchandise exchange in a traditional sense. To get the right colour, etc. to you faster, simply place a second order and when I receive your return I will credit your credit card/PayPal account immediately. Of course you can also choose to send back order and once received I’ll dispatch your chosen colour, etc. straight away. As long as the item is “as new”* Templestones will accept it and replace your purchase with a product of your choice.

*“As new” condition for Templestones items is unused. Templestones strongly recommends you store your item in its original packaging while you make a decision about the product.

Faulty Goods
Goods are considered faulty where a manufacturing fault occurs within 14 days of purchase. Templestones will assess whether or not the product has suffered a manufacturing fault and will return or refund the product as required. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that it can only be replaced for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.

How To Make a Return
Contact templestones@hotmail.com outlining your reason to return an item. Repackage your item wherever possible in the original packaging and return to the address I’ve sent you.

When Templestones receives your return we will process it right away and refund any monies to the card you used to purchase your original item(s).

Product advice
If you’d like help or more information about a specific product email and I’m happy to help. I recommend removing the bracelets before showering, swimming, etc. This will help to keep the integrity of the bead colours and the silk thread, etc.
